Q. How to Place Order with your company ?

A.  Most of our wholesale price list are already published in our website . Please opt your order and send us an email with your order details (with Model No. and Qty.) at help@secureserviceplus.com to provide our best offer quotation including all (GST and Courier charges). There is no MOQ, you can purchase single piece as well.

Q. What is the Mode of Payment? Do you provide COD (Cash-on-Delivery) services?

A. We require 100% advance payment as per quotation to process your order. Client has to send PO with 100% payment against sent quotation.

Q. What is the warranty period of your published brand?
A. All companies provide two years warranty on manufacturing defect (not cover physical damaged and burnt). HIKVISION Eco Series comes in One Year Warranty. No warranty on Power Supply, Adapter, Connectors and Cable.

Q. Can I get installation done if I already have materials  with us ?
A.  Yes. We can even do the installation if you already have materials available with you. During installation if any product is not working due to any technical issue client has to arrange the material or pay to our engineer to arrange the same. Client is responsible to get warranty claim from product supplier. 

Q. Can I purchase directly from you and install through our own installer? If yes then who will provide warranty services?

A. Yes! You can purchase from us and you can install through your own installer at your presence only.
You will get warranty services from Principle Company as per their terms and conditions. We send all our branded products along with GST Bill to get warranty services. However, If you still face any issue to get warranty services locally then you can send faulty product to us and we will avail warranty services from Principle company on the behalf of you. Courier charges applicable

 

Q. Why CCTV Combo price is lower at Amazon/Flipkart but individual rates are not cheaper?
A.  Because Amazon/Flipkart seller mostly supply Refurbished HDD and very poor quality cable/Power supply. If you calculate 2 TB HDD (Refurbished @ Rs. 2400/- and Genuine @ 5000 + /-,  D-Link 8 Ch. Power Supply @ Rs. 750 where local @ Rs. 300/-; D-Link Cable @ Rs. 1150/-; Local @ 350/-) and after seeing customer reviews on Amazon/Flipkart on offer you will understand it better.
